All Things Good And Nice are proud to announce three brand new directors. These veritable legend’s mission is to carry the C.I.C forward in the best way possible, and to build on the existing success to take it to the next level. All Things has always been about early intervention and how nature based well-being activities can mitigate poor mental health, and were really excited to maximise on this using combined knowledge.

Neil Cartwright

Neil Cartwright
Neil Cartwright – BA(Hons), MBA(Dist), UK COUNCIL FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY (UKCP TRAINEE).

Neil is a seasoned company director and senior manager with extensive experience spanning the public, academic, and third sectors. Currently, he serves as Senior Net Zero Programme Manager within the North East and Yorkshire Regional Greener NHS Team at NHS England.

A committed environmentalist since his undergraduate years, Neil works with NHS organisations across northern England to facilitate their journey towards achieving “Net Zero” status and ensuring through adaptation the health service’s resilience in the face of a rapidly changing climate.

During his free time, Neil has dedicated over two years to training as a Psychotherapist. He takes pride in his role as a trainee therapist at local social enterprise, Cudox, working with local people with a range of mental health issues.

Neil has a Boston Terrier called Derek, enjoys planting trees and can be found wandering around Cleethorpes with his litter picker.


Linda Dellow

Linda Dellow

Linda has 25+ years experience of working in the voluntary and community sector and successfully applied for and delivered a range of funded projects that provide key services and activities that benefit local people. These include social prescribing service, Ofsted registered day nursery and much needed advice provision.

The pinnacle was securing £1.5m European funds to create Centre4, a flagship community hub for North East Lincolnshire. Continued growth and expansion of services has been key to its success, and Linda was instrumental in bringing the much loved Community Shop and Nunny’s Farm to Centre4.

In 2015 Linda was awarded an MBE for services to Nunsthorpe and Bradley Park. Now retired Linda enjoys walking, gardening and cooking but still finds time to volunteer for local organisations.


Lyndsey Downes

Lyndsey Downes

Lyndsey is a Service Director for Creative Support where she has worked for ten years. She has a degree and is working towards a Masters in Senior Leadership. She also has a Level 5 in Health and Social Care.

Lyndsey currently works with a number of registered managers to support the ongoing quality development of services registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission) as well as having responsibility for a number of housing related supported services.

She is also an independent councillor representing the Freshney ward, and works tirelessly in getting the voices of her constituents heard. Lyndsey chairs the ‘Save The Freshney Valley’ campaign which has seen thousands of members join her in her mission to stop a housing development on one of the areas most unique green and blue spaces.
